Our current operation focuses on product presentation, B2B inquiries, and sample or wholesale discussions. If you only request information or a quotation, no payment requiring a refund is generated.

For sample purchases, display items, wholesale transactions, custom-made items, pre-order items, or sourced items, the conditions confirmed in advance will apply. Returns, refunds, price adjustments, or credits toward a first wholesale order will follow the terms stated in the confirmation email, quotation, invoice, or contract.

Handcrafted products made with natural materials may vary in color, grain, tone, weaving details, and dimensions. These natural variations are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a significant defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order or quotation information. After review, we will provide an individual solution such as replacement, repair, or refund.
