20252025 | Cultural Exchange with Japanese University Students
Twenty-two Japanese university students experienced wild-grape-vine weaving with their own hands rather than only viewing it.
On April 18, 2025, 22 Japanese university students visited the Yongtai County Cultural Center. Zhang Qingming introduced the history and characteristics of wild-grape-vine weaving and guided them from vine selection through basic weaving. The students made small woven pieces, creating a direct setting for China–Japan cultural exchange through living heritage.
