Shipping policy

Shipping conditions vary depending on inventory, product specifications, transaction type, and destination. The final shipping method, shipping fee, lead time, customs duties, and import taxes will be confirmed by email, quotation, invoice, or contract.

Domestic shipping within Japan and international shipping will be confirmed individually depending on the product, quantity, destination, and transaction terms.

Shipping timing differs for in-stock items, samples, made-to-order items, and wholesale orders. Because our products use natural materials and handcraft processes, production, inspection, and packing may take time.

For international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country or region. The responsible party will be confirmed under the individual transaction terms.
